Make your home comfortable all year round, reduce your energy consumption and your bills with our Eco Package upgrade. Valued at $15,000, Manor will upgrade your home's insulation, including:
- Underfloor insulation to Green 15 Foilboard
- Wall insulation upgrade to R2.7 High-performance batts
- Ceiling insulation to R5.0 in level ceiling or R3.0 raked ceiling
This is in addition to the standard R1.5 fire retardant blanket/foil roof insulation that comes with each Manor home. With our Eco Package, your home is protected against the elements and offers you supreme comfort by remaining cool in summer and warm in winter.
